Regulations
The Mantica Tourist Agency acts as a quality intermediary between
the client and service providers, but does not in any way assume
responsability for them or their services.
Travel contracts and responsabilities:
Travel contracts which are presented in this programme
are regulated under law n° 1084 of 28/12/77 ratified and carried
out by the International Conventions relative to travel contracts
(ccv) signed in Brussels on 23/04/70 as well as directive 90/314
CEE on 13/06/90. The responsability of the travel organisation cannot
in any way exceed limits established in the laws quoted.
Registration:
Registration is accepted by the organisers, and will be
processed when the avaibility of rooms and apartments has been established.
A registration fee of 10.00 Euro per person is paid to the organiser
to cover booking costs. There is no fee for children up to 6 years
old.
Payment:
At the moment of booking 30% of the total cost of the holiday
must be paid as deposit. This can be paid by cheque in Euro or through
the Postoffice. The balance should be sent, using the same methods,
30 days before the start of the holiday. For registration made minimum
30 days of the start of the holiday, the full amount should be paid
at the moment of registration.
Cancellations:
There will be a forfait of 10% of the total cost of the
holiday, deducted from the deposit paid to the organiser, if the
holiday is cancelled minimo 30 days of the start of the holiday
period. The becomes 50% of the total cost of holiday, if the cancellation
is made between 15 to 29 days before the start of the holiday period.
Cancellations notified to the organiser without notice will have
no rights to a refund. The client who cancells has the right to
substitute other people in their place, but the organiser must be
notified in time to make these changes, in any event 15 days before
the start of the holiday period.
Length of holiday and price structures:
Holidays taken in a hotel cannot be less than 3 days.
The prices shown in our website are per person, per day (unless
spedified) and while tax is included, drinks, extras and non specific
items are not. Holidays spent in holiday homes begin between the
hours of 5 o'clock and 8 o'clock on saturday evening. You must leave
the house, in a clean and tidy condition, by 9 o'clock in the morning
at the end of your holiday. The price illustrated in our website
includes electricity, water and gas costs . The house will be handed
over fully furnished and supplied with all necessary kitchen equipment
needed for the number of booked clients sheets, kitchen and bathroom
towels are not supplied.
Security deposit:
The organiser will request a security deposit equal to
250.00 Euro when the house is handed over to the clients, and will
be repaid, if the home is left in the same clean and tidy condition,
at the end of the holiday.
Complaints:
Descriptions shown in the website are exact and compiled
in absolute good faith the Mantica Agency does not take resposability
for any unknown variation made by the owners. Any complaints should
be make to our agency immediatly and confirmed inwrithing 24 hours.
The Organiser does not take any responsability in the case of price
variation made by legal Authorities or those made by taxes increase,
and reserves the right to cancel or modify the holiday, if riquired
by necessity, without the obligation to refund the sum of money
paid.

N.B. The number of people booked in a holiday Residence, or holiday
home should not exceed the number indicated on the voucher. In contrary
cases the managment could refuse to host the clients and also during
the holidays will take measures that seem correct in any case of
misuse.
